Thank you for shopping with Vesti regalé. We take pride in the quality of our fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, please read our refund and return policy carefully.

 

1. No Returns on Used or Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfume products.

 

2. Returns for Unopened Items

We may accept returns only if:

 

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

 

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

To process your request, you must provide:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

 

 

Once approved, we will offer:

 

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

 

 

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
